Rob provided excellent service. Came in, explained the problem, and offered a few ideas how to fix it. He was respectful of my home wearing booties and cleaning up before leaving. Would absolutely call Prime again.

Ernie and Dominique came to help with drain issue. They listened to the issue, explained options, and took care of the issue quickly with snaking. I asked about another issue, and they gave me information to understand what's going on and options to proceed.

Our plumber Corbin was very polite and professional. He did a through inspection of the plumbing systems and provided some guidance on several issues that can be addressed in the future. Absolutely no pressure to complete fixes that can be budgeted for in the future. I have a noisy yappy little dog and Corbin was not at all bothered by the racket. I’m very impressed by how helpful and pleasant he was. I highly recommend Prime Plumbing. If I could give more stars than five I would.
