Great experience with Prime Plumbing from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy—thank you, Sarah! Jason arrived at my door within about an hour, quickly diagnosed the clogged toilet, and clearly explained what needed to be done along with the pricing before starting any work. The pricing was very reasonable, and the problem was completely resolved. Fast, professional, transparent service. I would definitely use them again!

I needed to replace my hot water tank. I called Prime, and from beginning to end was a great experience. Great customer service from all the technicians, Shila and Amy! Provided me and estimate, installed water tank, job well done.

Team Ron and Dom fixed our home's hose cutoff valves, outside spigot, toilet water shutoff and toilet, installed a new well water softening system, and fitration for the water coming into the house from the well. Additionally, Ron provided very clear explanations of the care, feeding, and operation of all things well water conditioning to us so we can keep things maintained. Our water is AWESOME now - it was very hard prior. Ron and Dom were very courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Last, each time we spoke with the staff from Prime Plumbing, they were very courteous and very helpful. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!

Prime plumbing has come out to my house for service several times and has always done the job perfectly and professionally. They installed all of the toilets in our house when we first moved in there, and we have never had an issue with them at all.
They also replaced some of the pipes in our basement not too long ago.

I can safely say that whenever I have an issue with my plumbing, prime plumbing is the first company that comes to my mind to call to fix the issue.

Ernie was absolutely fantastic. Really personable and did a great job for our backflow testing. Went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Would definitely use again and recommend to others needing a plumber.

Extremely helpful and got the work done in a short time, considering how much needed to be done. We needed the underground pipe fixed before the water bill could get any higher, and Prime delivered. They cleaned up super nicely when they filled the hole back in as well 🙂 you can't even tell it was dug up.

I put in a request for service for multiple items on the weekend, they had someone to me by 9am Monday! I had multiple small replacements needed around the house, and a couple trickier requests. Everything was done professionally, politely, and I was kept informed and able to make decisions through out the process.

I’ve always had a great experience with Prime whether it was replacing my entire sewer line or just aging valves around the house! Can’t recommend them enough!

My oil heated water tank finally gave out. What a pleasure it was to discuss my needs, pricing and options with Ron. He patiently explained everything, worked with me for an estimate and went above and beyond what I experienced with other technicians giving me quotes. He and Hayleigh came the next day and did an install, removed all old tanks and parts and cleaned up. I would wholeheartedly recommend Prime Plumbing.

Prime Plumbing responded to my Google inquiry within minutes and within 2hrs Jason arrived same day. Jason was excellent in answering my questions and explaining what happened and how he would correct it.
I wasn’t happy with the price per se but I was very happy with the prompt response, customer service, care for my home and the attention to detail to unclog my pipe!

Rob from Prime Plumbing was great. He showed up during a heat wave and poor air quality day in Baltimore and had to work in our outdoor basement. He was kind and informative the entire way through. He fixed the leak in our shower quickly and had the water turned back on in a couple hours. He wore boot covers in our home as well without being asked to not track dirt in which was very much appreciated.

Ibrahim (hopefully I spelled that correctly) went well above and beyond for me. He even fixed my dishwasher drain which I didn't even know was an issue.

7/2026 update - I just had Paul and Hayleigh over to work on my tankless hot water heater and they were wonderful! They were polite, professional, friendly, did the required work to deal with my problem, and cleaned up nicely. I will not hesitate to use Prime Plumbing again!

Ernie was just here to do Backflow Testing. He was very professional and friendly. I've used Prime Plumbing a couple of times before and will continue to do so.

Needed to get an annual backflow system check, Ernie came out and showcased that it was failing totally, then he carefully explained that replacement was the best practice due to the manner it was failing. So he said he could get me done today went out, grabbed parts came back with Madison and the two of them completed it quickly and well. Very happy with the job.

Theres not much that needs to be said. They showed up right on time, did a beautiful job and cleaned up the yard when they got done. There was an issue with a damaged wire for my lamppost but after speaking with Tim, his team took care of things.

I needed to get a pipe to the septic tank snaked out and they did it right. Jason is professional and knowledgeable. They need help with the automated texts and to more specific with scheduling (they gave me a one day window of time) but the quality of work makes up for that.

My family & I needed a hot water heater installed & we found Prime Plumbing online. Kevin did our estimate, then Haley & Paul completed the install the same day I signed the contract. They were all professional, knowledgeable, & did an amazing job! No more freezing shower so we're happy. I highly recommend!

I experienced water leaking in the concrete slab of my home for the second time. The first occurrence, I called my regular plumber and he broke up my floor tile, broke up the concrete, repaired the leak. I had to pay extra to restore the vanity and tile.

This second leak was in a different area. I didn't want to go through breaking up my floors again. I looked on YouTube about repairing water pipes leaking. That's where I learned about repiping the whole house to prevent leaks.

I chose Prime Plumbing because of their Google ratings. I also chose Prime because they offered the Brita 3 Stage Whole House Water Filtration.

Their plumbers were polite, professional, and friendly. They completed my job in 3 days. I am very happy with the results. I would recommend this company to my clients, friends, and family.

After reviewing the options, I decided to move forward with a new water softener, salt tank, UV filtration system, and pressure switch installation. When making purchasing decisions I look for 3 primary things, QUALITY, SERVICE, and VALUE. Prime Plumbing recently performed emergency plumbing services at our home. I rarely if ever use valuable seconds to write a business review, but this company gets a 10 of 10 in all three categories! The technician was super courteous and professional. And his expertise was evident. Though we needed a lot of work, when all was said and done, I have to be reasonable and honestly say the price was fair market. Yes, I’d not only use them again, they would be my 1st call.

Exceptional service and integrity from Tim and the Prime Plumbing team I can’t say enough good things about Tim and Prime Plumbing. The day before our house went on the market — with three showings already booked — our landscapers accidentally lodged our septic cap deep in the piping. Prime Plumbing got out to us promptly, before the first viewing of the day. The initial assessment was that they’d need to dig up our yard 10 feet deep. But before going that route, they sent Tim out within two hours to take another look. He worked hard to retrieve the cap and was able to move it enough to get water flowing freely again, though the cap itself couldn’t be pulled out. Here’s where Tim’s integrity really stood out: instead of pushing us toward the costly dig, he recommended a different company that had a specialized tool for the job. When I called them, Tim stood there with me on speakerphone and explained the situation far more clearly than I could have. That other company came out first thing the next morning and retrieved the cap within minutes — saving us thousands of dollars and very likely saving our home sale from being delayed or derailed. Tim even gave me his direct contact info to make sure everything got taken care of. This is the kind of customer service and honesty that’s hard to find. Incredibly grateful to Tim and the entire Prime Plumbing team for going so far out of their way to help us. Highly recommend.

The previous plumbing company we used really put a hard sell on their maintenance package, so when we needed our water heater replaced, I decided to check out Prime Plumbing because I liked their billboard with the guy and his son on it. A tech came out to give us an estimate and I really appreciated his honesty and how he laid things out and went through the options with us, explaining how what they would install would be different than what we might get from other plumbers. The plumber who came out to install the heater, Bryan, was friendly and efficient and before we knew it, our leaking unit was replaced, all without being pressured into a subscription service. We'll definitely be calling on Prime again in the future! Update: we called Prime again to fix a sudden leak in our wall. Corban came out and did a fantastic job. He worked professionally and quickly and before I knew it, the job was done. And no one put the hard sell on us, which is always appreciated in stressful situations.

The young service representative, Jason, was Outstanding as well, and knowledgeable and courteous. I’m definitely calling Prime for future service.

I had 3 other companies out to my home who told me that my garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Jason was able to show me what the problem was and how he fixed it. He fixed it, no problem. Plus, he was very pleasant. The company even offered a free inspection of some of my other appliances. Very honest company. I will never use any other company for my plumbing needs.

I have had to have major plumbing work in my home within the last couple of days. The technician Ibrahim Jalloh his work was very neatly done. The cleanup was exceptional. His overall personality, it was a joy to have him in my home. The staff Shiloh and Amy, they are very pleasant and patient. I had to have the technician come back and do a remove and replace of my faucet. At no fault of his. There was no hesitation, they accommodated me right away, he came out the next morning. Contacted Prime Plumbing for a water heater issue and got an appointment that met my schedule. They reminded me of the schedule and kept me informed of when to expect the technician. The tech was courteous and friendly. Answered all my questions. He found the issue quickly and did the repair. Prime Plumbing is now in my list of contacts, should I ever need a plumber again.

Someone recommended Prime Plumbing so I googled them and filled out the information box to schedule an estimate. I did this after hours. Early morning the next day, I received a text asking for more info and then they had someone come to me that day. He listened to me and looked around. Found the problem and gave me different solutions. He explained to me what each option entailed and the pricing. He also suggested I become a member, which helped me save some money on the bill. There were a few things to be done and I decided to do a couple now and then the rest after I pay off at least some of this bill. I am happy with the work done today and I will have him do the rest of the work in a month.

Rob did a wonderful job in getting my leak fixed as well as replacing the main water supply valve. He was very knowledgeable and told me a few things that I should be looking out for.

Had a wonderful time with the company, Corban came to inspect some water damage we had, task turned out to be much bigger than we had anticipated, he was extremely helpful, went above and beyond finding the problem and directing us on next steps. After we have water damage come out to treat the mold he’ll be coming back to address the rest of the problem and other things we have around the house. He was very thorough, polite, and had our health and safety in mind once he found the mold, which was very appreciated. Definitely recommend this company, and Corban!

Prime Plumbing was a Godsend and did a phenomenal job in addressing my family's plumbing issues. They responded promptly, was very professional as well as affordable.

I found the company through Google reviews, and they responded right away and handled my request professionally. It was our first time doing a septic pumping, so everything was new to us. The septic system maintenance technician had left instructions, and when Garrett from Prime Plumbing came to pump the system, they coordinated over the phone. Garrett knew exactly what to do and made sure I understood how to turn the unit on using the quick disconnect box. I would definitely recommend both the company and Garrett.
