I had 3 other companies out to my home who told me that my garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Jason was able to show me what the problem was and how he fixed it. He fixed it, no problem. Plus, he was very pleasant. The company even offered a free inspection of some of my other appliances. Very honest company. I will never use any other company for my plumbing needs.

I have had to have major plumbing work in my home within the last couple of days. The technician Ibrahim Jalloh his work was very neatly done. The cleanup was exceptional. His overall personality, it was a joy to have him in my home. The staff Shiloh and Amy, they are very pleasant and patient. I had to have the technician come back and do a remove and replace of my faucet. At no fault of his. There was no hesitation, they accommodated me right away, he came out the next morning. Contacted Prime Plumbing for a water heater issue and got an appointment that met my schedule. They reminded me of the schedule and kept me informed of when to expect the technician. The tech was courteous and friendly. Answered all my questions. He found the issue quickly and did the repair. Prime Plumbing is now in my list of contacts, should I ever need a plumber again.

Someone recommended Prime Plumbing so I googled them and filled out the information box to schedule an estimate. I did this after hours. Early morning the next day, I received a text asking for more info and then they had someone come to me that day. He listened to me and looked around. Found the problem and gave me different solutions. He explained to me what each option entailed and the pricing. He also suggested I become a member, which helped me save some money on the bill. There were a few things to be done and I decided to do a couple now and then the rest after I pay off at least some of this bill. I am happy with the work done today and I will have him do the rest of the work in a month.

Had a wonderful time with the company, Corban came to inspect some water damage we had, task turned out to be much bigger than we had anticipated, he was extremely helpful, went above and beyond finding the problem and directing us on next steps. After we have water damage come out to treat the mold he’ll be coming back to address the rest of the problem and other things we have around the house. He was very thorough, polite, and had our health and safety in mind once he found the mold, which was very appreciated. Definitely recommend this company, and Corban!

Prime Plumbing was a Godsend and did a phenomenal job in addressing my family's plumbing issues. They responded promptly, was very professional as well as affordable.

I found the company through Google reviews, and they responded right away and handled my request professionally. It was our first time doing a septic pumping, so everything was new to us. The septic system maintenance technician had left instructions, and when Garrett from Prime Plumbing came to pump the system, they coordinated over the phone. Garrett knew exactly what to do and made sure I understood how to turn the unit on using the quick disconnect box. I would definitely recommend both the company and Garrett.

We used Prime Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend who is a realtor. They gave us a second opinion on an issue with roots growing into the line. They found that we did not need the extensive and expensive work that we had been quoted by another company. Everyone was professional and helpful and got the job done well!

Our plumber Corbin was very polite and professional. He did a through inspection of the plumbing systems and provided some guidance on several issues that can be addressed in the future. Absolutely no pressure to complete fixes that can be budgeted for in the future. I have a noisy yappy little dog and Corbin was not at all bothered by the racket. I’m very impressed by how helpful and pleasant he was. I highly recommend Prime Plumbing. If I could give more stars than five I would.

Once again, I had some plumbing needs and contacted Prime Plumbing. This time I needed my outdoor faucet replaced and the drain in my bedroom sink cleaned. Paul was dispatched to my home to provide the services. Paul did a wonderful job educating me on the five point serviced that Prime delivers. He then proceeded to repair the outdoor faucet and cleaned my drain. Paul also went above and beyond and made some other minor repairs that he saw needed attention. Updated 2026: Prime Plumbing (Fred and Corban) go above and beyond They were thorough in explaining the process before, during, and after. Their employees are clearly experienced and knowledgeable in their field. Scheduling with Prime was easy and fast. I have called them for different services on three occasions and they were out the same day or within the next day. Services have included a new water heater installation, replacing a blocked pipe that needed to be extracted from concrete, and repairing a leaky kitchen sink drain.

Corban was great and very accommodating. After my hot water tank blew, he helped me figure out my warranty when it was deemed I needed a replacement. He dealt with returning the unit for exchange after having to come back a second say, installed the unit, and updated the plumbing. Rob was very professional and came with shoe covers to protect the flooring. He explained and answered everything in detail and made sure I understood the process. He installed the water heater so quickly, easily and cleanly. The new thermal expansion tank was also mounted securely to the ceiling since he pointed out that the way the old one was hanging could be dangerous. He’s good.

Those services were main value shut off valve, sump pump replaced replaced installed a standard sump pump, inspected toilet filled valve and flapper which he replaced, and the removal and replacement of angle stop valve. I've used Prime Plumbing on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. Most recently, on February 24, 2026, Jason came out to clear a stopped-up kitchen sink and had it resolved in under an hour. I have to say — Jason is one of the best plumbers I have ever dealt with, not just at Prime, but in all my years of working with plumbing professionals. He truly set the bar.
What really stands out isn't just the speed — it's the professionalism from start to finish. Jason arrived on time, wore boot covers to protect my floors, and laid down protective carpet before bringing in any tools. Those small details tell you everything about how much they respect your home. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing every step of the way.
Here's what really says it all — I actually had the option to go through my warranty insurance and use their line coverage, which would have cost me nothing out of pocket. Sam Linzer and Dominique Freeman were amazing! On time and transparent with the work needed to repair my plumbing after having a cracked pipe due to the freezing temps. And they were great to chat with!

I was impressed with Rob’s work. He needed to tighten our kitchen’s faucet and in the process pointed out issues with shutoff valves for which I gave him the go ahead to replace those as well those in the bathroom which had broke off years ago and needed to be replaced. He was competent, courteous and professional.

The previous plumbing company we used really put a hard sell on their maintenance package, so when we needed our water heater replaced, I decided to check out Prime Plumbing because I liked their billboard with the guy and his son on it. A tech (I think it was Steve) came out to give us an estimate and I really appreciated his honesty and how he laid things out and went through the options with us, explaining how what they would install would be different than what we might get from other plumbers. The plumber who came out to install the heater, Bryan, was friendly and efficient and before we knew it, our leaking unit was replaced, all without being pressured into a subscription service. We'll definitely be calling on Prime again in the future!

Bryan Reece came through with a really great solution to a complicated problem! Since buying my 100-year-old house, I’ve had so many plumbing issues. The sub-freezing temps led to frozen pipes, but the issue was only in one bathroom. I had JUST done some renovations in my kitchen and the affected bathroom, so he found a creative solution that didn’t require cutting into my drywall (that was just installed and painted four months ago)! I am so grateful that he’s the plumber that came! He also replaced my water heater and brought it up to code nearly a year ago. He did a fantastic job! And I was ready to breakdown and cry less than 24 hours ago. What a difference a day makes!! Prime has really helped me out since I took the plunge into homeownership. And they’ve helped me navigate the awful, HACK plumbing job the previous owner left me with. Thank you, Bryan! 🙏🏾

He is knowledgeable and professional, and he explained every step of the job in detail. Hailey Boyce, was his apprentice. They made a great team. Rob provided excellent service. I needed a new water maker shut-off valve installed. Rob evaluated the situation and provided me with solutions. The work was done quickly and cleanly. Rob also provided me with knowledge about my home and gave me some ideas and suggestions. Very satisfied.

Dave was friendly and got my stuck tub spout removed immediately, trimmed the copper pipe correctly and had the new spout installed in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely call this place again for plumbing needs. So glad to have my shower back!

Bryan Reece was the plumber who repaired our leak. He was knowledgeable & professional. Everything seems to be working well. We’re still waiting for our ceiling drywall to be replaced, but that should be happening soon.
