When making purchasing decisions I look for 3 primary things, QUALITY, SERVICE, and VALUE. Prime Plumbing recently performed emergency plumbing services at our home. I rarely if ever use valuable seconds to write a business review, but this company gets a 10 of 10 in all three categories! The technician was super courteous and professional. And his expertise was evident. Though we needed a lot of work, when all was said and done, I have to be reasonable and honestly say the price was fair market. Yes, I’d not only use them again, they would be my 1st call.

Here are all the good things I appreciated as a customer: - Arrived within the service window - Notified me prior to arrival - Wore little boot covers like a gentleman - Confirmed parking situation before moving truck - Was polite, friendly, and professional - Made additional service offerings like anyone would do, but was not overly pushy about it (this is a big one because we've all had the won't take no for an answer, gotta-ask-them-to-stop people and I never call them back for future work) - Completed work efficiently, had paperwork ready before calling it done, got everything he needed signed, and let me get back to my day I'll definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

My home had chronic septic ejector pump issues that two other plumbing services could not fix. Ibrahim Jalloh arrived, listened to me, understood the problem and solved it within a few hours, working above and beyond basic service. He answered all my questions and and explained how my home's systems were linked while checking them for viability. My system is working more efficiently and quieter than ever. Exceptional service and integrity from Tim and the Prime Plumbing team I can’t say enough good things about Tim and Prime Plumbing. The day before our house went on the market — with three showings already booked — our landscapers accidentally lodged our septic cap deep in the piping. Prime Plumbing got out to us promptly, before the first viewing of the day. The initial assessment was that they’d need to dig up our yard 10 feet deep. But before going that route, they sent Tim out within two hours to take another look. He worked hard to retrieve the cap and was able to move it enough to get water flowing freely again, though the cap itself couldn’t be pulled out. Here’s where Tim’s integrity really stood out: instead of pushing us toward the costly dig, he recommended a different company that had a specialized tool for the job. When I called them, Tim stood there with me on speakerphone and explained the situation far more clearly than I could have. That other company came out first thing the next morning and retrieved the cap within minutes — saving us thousands of dollars and very likely saving our home sale from being delayed or derailed. Tim even gave me his direct contact info to make sure everything got taken care of. This is the kind of customer service and honesty that’s hard to find. Incredibly grateful to Tim and the entire Prime Plumbing team for going so far out of their way to help us. Highly recommend.

The previous plumbing company we used really put a hard sell on their maintenance package, so when we needed our water heater replaced, I decided to check out Prime Plumbing because I liked their billboard with the guy and his son on it. A tech came out to give us an estimate and I really appreciated his honesty and how he laid things out and went through the options with us, explaining how what they would install would be different than what we might get from other plumbers. The plumber who came out to install the heater, Bryan, was friendly and efficient and before we knew it, our leaking unit was replaced, all without being pressured into a subscription service. We'll definitely be calling on Prime again in the future! Update: we called Prime again to fix a sudden leak in our wall. Corban came out and did a fantastic job. He worked professionally and quickly and before I knew it, the job was done. And no one put the hard sell on us, which is always appreciated in stressful situations.

I had 3 other companies out to my home who told me that my garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Jason was able to show me what the problem was and how he fixed it. He fixed it, no problem. Plus, he was very pleasant. The company even offered a free inspection of some of my other appliances. Very honest company. I will never use any other company for my plumbing needs.

Contacted Prime Plumbing for a water heater issue and got an appointment that met my schedule. They reminded me of the schedule and kept me informed of when to expect the technician. The tech was courteous and friendly. Answered all my questions. He found the issue quickly and did the repair. Prime Plumbing is now in my list of contacts, should I ever need a plumber again.

Someone recommended Prime Plumbing so I googled them and filled out the information box to schedule an estimate. I did this after hours. Early morning the next day, I received a text asking for more info and then they had someone come to me that day. He listened to me and looked around. Found the problem and gave me different solutions. He explained to me what each option entailed and the pricing. He also suggested I become a member, which helped me save some money on the bill. There were a few things to be done and I decided to do a couple now and then the rest after I pay off at least some of this bill. I am happy with the work done today and I will have him do the rest of the work in a month.

Had a wonderful time with the company, Corban came to inspect some water damage we had, task turned out to be much bigger than we had anticipated, he was extremely helpful, went above and beyond finding the problem and directing us on next steps. After we have water damage come out to treat the mold he’ll be coming back to address the rest of the problem and other things we have around the house. Prime Plumbing was a Godsend and did a phenomenal job in addressing my family's plumbing issues. They responded promptly, was very professional as well as affordable.

I found the company through Google reviews, and they responded right away and handled my request professionally. It was our first time doing a septic pumping, so everything was new to us. The septic system maintenance technician had left instructions, and when Garrett from Prime Plumbing came to pump the system, they coordinated over the phone. Garrett knew exactly what to do and made sure I understood how to turn the unit on using the quick disconnect box. I would definitely recommend both the company and Garrett.

Once again, I had some plumbing needs and contacted Prime Plumbing. This time I needed my outdoor faucet replaced and the drain in my bedroom sink cleaned. Paul was dispatched to my home to provide the services. Paul did a wonderful job educating me on the five point serviced that Prime delivers. He then proceeded to repair the outdoor faucet and cleaned my drain. Paul also went above and beyond and made some other minor repairs that he saw needed attention. Updated 2026: Prime Plumbing (Fred and Corban) go above and beyond They were thorough in explaining the process before, during, and after. Their employees are clearly experienced and knowledgeable in their field. Scheduling with Prime was easy and fast. I have called them for different services on three occasions and they were out the same day or within the next day. Services have included a new water heater installation, replacing a blocked pipe that needed to be extracted from concrete, and repairing a leaky kitchen sink drain.

Corban was great and very accommodating. After my hot water tank blew, he helped me figure out my warranty when it was deemed I needed a replacement. He dealt with returning the unit for exchange after having to come back a second say, installed the unit, and updated the plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process much more bearable.

Rob was very professional and came with shoe covers to protect the flooring. He explained and answered everything in detail and made sure I understood the process. He installed the water heater so quickly, easily and cleanly. The new thermal expansion tank was also mounted securely to the ceiling since he pointed out that the way the old one was hanging could be dangerous. He’s good.

I will recommend this company. If any other plumbing issues that come up I will definitely give Prime a call. They will be my new plumbing company. Thank you Tim and Garrett for your services.

From my first meeting with Tim who assessed our cracked septic line and came up with a game plan - to the crew of Jordan, Austin and Zach who replaced it - I am beyond impressed with this outfit! With a cracked septic line running through our foundation there are naturally a lot of concerns you'll have as a homeowner. Tim and Jordan did an incredible job walking me through the process, addressing questions and concerns and even walked me through a small pivot when the plan hit a snag. Paul came out to our house today. He was very professional. Worked my husband and I through the services he was providing. Those services were main value shut off valve, sump pump replaced replaced installed a standard sump pump, inspected toilet filled valve and flapper which he replaced, and the removal and replacement of angle stop valve. His service met all our exceptions. I would recommend him for future services.

I've used Prime Plumbing on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. Most recently, on February 24, 2026, Jason came out to clear a stopped-up kitchen sink and had it resolved in under an hour. I have to say — Jason is one of the best plumbers I have ever dealt with, not just at Prime, but in all my years of working with plumbing professionals. He truly set the bar.

When they came out for the initial appointment they provided a quote and even offered convenient payment options. Once the contract was signed they scheduled the appointment. They did call the morning of the appointment to let us know they would need to reschedule for the following day, which was not an issue at all. When they arrive they explained what they would be doing, how they would do it, and provided updates along the way. The job was complete in a few hours. Sam Linzer and Dominique Freeman were amazing! On time and transparent with the work needed to repair my plumbing after having a cracked pipe due to the freezing temps. And they were great to chat with!

I was impressed with Rob’s work. He needed to tighten our kitchen’s faucet and in the process pointed out issues with shutoff valves for which I gave him the go ahead to replace those as well those in the bathroom which had broke off years ago and needed to be replaced. He was competent, courteous and professional.

The previous plumbing company we used really put a hard sell on their maintenance package, so when we needed our water heater replaced, I decided to check out Prime Plumbing because I liked their billboard with the guy and his son on it. A tech (I think it was Steve) came out to give us an estimate and I really appreciated his honesty and how he laid things out and went through the options with us, explaining how what they would install would be different than what we might get from other plumbers. The plumber who came out to install the heater, Bryan, was friendly and efficient and before we knew it, our leaking unit was replaced, all without being pressured into a subscription service. We'll definitely be calling on Prime again in the future!

Prime Plumbing is an excellent choice when it comes to plumbing needs. I had an emergency situation with my laundry drain backing up which caused some leaking in a basement bedroom ceiling. When I called Prime Plumbing they immediately sent a technician. My technician was very thorough and explained the process to me and fixed my problem. I will not hesitate to use Prime Plumbing again.
