I had a lot of plumbing work that needed to be done (sink/faucet replacement, garbage disposal and dishwasher install, ice make line run). Prime Plumbing was recommended to me. Ron came out and reviewed the work to be done and provided me with an estimate and reviewed the work to be done. After I agreed to move forward (no pressure sale), Eric and Madison came out to do the work. They were terrific! There was a lot of work to be done and there were able to complete it all in one day. It is an older home so some of the work was a bit tricky, but there were able to work through all of the problems that they encountered. I look forward to using Prime Plumbing for future projects.

We had an excellent experience with Prime Plumbing, especially with our technician, Hayleigh! Just two weeks after purchasing our new home, we started experiencing leaks in several sinks over the course of a few nights. Hayleigh came out to assess the issues, thoroughly evaluated the property, identified the problems, and provided us with a reasonable quote.

She returned in a timely manner and took care of everything, replacing the hardware and supply lines on all eight sinks and changing out the faucets. Her workmanship was excellent, but what really stood out was her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond.

Hayleigh took the time to educate me about our plumbing system, explain how everything was set up, and show me what to look out for in the future. She communicated clearly throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable.

We got Prime Plumbing from Angie's list. The return call came within a few minutes and Mr. Tim came out this morning. We were not sure if we had a major water line/pipe break. He assessed the issue as well as checked out our sewer line Thank God there was no major issues. I must say that we were pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and overall honesty. I can not give them a 5 star rating it has to be a 10. We need more service people like this company.

Prime Plumbing evaluated an issue with our septic system the same day that I called and had a crew out the following day to take care of the problem. They explained what they found and what needed to be done clearly to me and handled the job in a professional manner. Had a whole house water filter and a water heater replaced. Paul and Dom did a great job with the installation. Also found out that the valve that controls the sprinkler system was faulty, glad they fixed that problem before any issue happened with that valve.

Hayleigh completed a job at my home and was very thorough and professional from start to finish. She found a valve replacement issue and leak that we had been experiencing for sometime. He was able to identify and repair a leak coming from the toilet, and he also determined that the second leak was coming from my washing machine rather than the plumbing. I especially appreciated how careful he was when opening the drywall—he put down plastic to protect the surrounding area and did an excellent job cleaning everything up afterward. Called for service for leaking shut off valve. Response same day which was great considering a big company. Came out and fixed valve within 20mins and was back in business. Rob and Madison were amazing on my over 100 year old house!! Prime plumbing was my second opinion as the first plumber I called came and left within 5 minutes and told me they couldn’t do it. Rob came in, did two different consults and a drain cleaning which they credited towards my big job - completely replacing pipe and cutting through my second floor kitchen down the basement. The quote was more than reasonable and scheduling was super easy every time. I was blessed to have Paul, from Kingston, Jamaica to tackle the tasks I needed corrected. He started out by ensuring he and i agreed to the tasks to be performed. He then told showed me several ways each task could be completed. He didn't shy away from the least expensive one. Nor did he insist that I chose the most expensive one. Once i decided on which one I wanted, he told me step by step what he was going to do. Not only did he tell me, he showed why it needed to be done and talked to me allowing me to see him doing what he was doing. There were several tasks to perform and he conducted his business on all the tasks just as he did the first one. He thoroughly cleaned up any debris from his work and some leftover from the initial installation.
If even 1/3 of the people in your organization had the ability, attitude, and the decorum as Paul, everyone would be calling on your services for their needs. He treated me and my home with respect. I hope he will be available the next time I am in need of a plumber.

I had a mysterious plumbing catastrophe and had to have Prime Plumbing come back 3 times to locate and solve the problem. Ron was my technician for 2 of those days and ultimately solved the problem. He was very efficient, showed me what was happening every step of the way, and was kind and courteous throughout. They didn’t charge me for the crazy amount of time they had to hang out with me, instead only charging me for the actual work they did, which was more than fair. Eric & Troy took the time to find the source of a leak that had no obvious source. They had to replace some sections of pipe and customize the fit. They were meticulous about double-checking their work and their testing throughout the process until the end of the job. They cleaned up everything before they left.

We reached out, quite desperately, to Prime Plumbing after we lost confidence with another plumbing company we were working with. Corban and Will rock! They came out and fixed another plumber's mishap. They're our new forever plumber. I would not hesitate to hire their company for any plumbing job. A well deserved 5 stars! First I was impressed by the text message to inform me that my technician was on the way. It not only gave me his name and a photo, but also had a brief introduction and bio - nice touch! The technician arrived, explained the 5 point service evaluation he would provide. At first I was annoyed because I figured it was the typical upselling and I had specific issues (back-flow test and 2nd floor washing machine drain pan installed) I needed addressed immediately. However after the inspection I learned that my water heater pressure tanks had failed which could lead to a much larger issue. So in the end I was grateful for this service. All the work was performed efficiently with quality and care throughout. I couldn’t be happier! Paul is a true asset to your company. And I now have a trusted plumber I can count on.

I have used Prime Plumbing three times and am very pleased with their service. They have cleaned an exterior sewer line, replaced an exterior line, and snaked 3 downspouts that drain into the sewer line. They ensure the job is done thoroughly and correctly. I called a number of plumbers to try to diagnose and fix a plumbing issue on a house I recently bought. I decided to go with prime plumbing because they had superior communication and dispatched within a timely manner. The technician Nick Went above and beyond expectations he showed up on time with a problem-solving mentality and was able to ultimately fix a very difficult situation that a lot of plumbers I believe would’ve walked out on. I really appreciated that because the floor had just been mopped. Given that replacing the unit wasn’t cheap, because nothing is, the entire staff made it as comfortable as it could be.

Team Ron and Dom fixed our home's hose cutoff valves, outside spigot, toilet water shutoff and toilet, installed a new well water softening system, and fitration for the water coming into the house from the well. Additionally, Ron provided very clear explanations of the care, feeding, and operation of all things well water conditioning to us so we can keep things maintained. Our water is AWESOME now - it was very hard prior. Ron and Dom were very courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Prime plumbing has come out to my house for service several times and has always done the job perfectly and professionally. They installed all of the toilets in our house when we first moved in there, and we have never had an issue with them at all.
They also replaced some of the pipes in our basement not too long ago.

I can safely say that whenever I have an issue with my plumbing, prime plumbing is the first company that comes to my mind to call to fix the issue.

Extremely helpful and got the work done in a short time, considering how much needed to be done. We needed the underground pipe fixed before the water bill could get any higher, and Prime delivered. I put in a request for service for multiple items on the weekend, they had someone to me by 9am Monday! I had multiple small replacements needed around the house, and a couple trickier requests. Rob from Prime Plumbing was great. He showed up during a heat wave and poor air quality day in Baltimore and had to work in our outdoor basement. He was kind and informative the entire way through. He fixed the leak in our shower quickly and had the water turned back on in a couple hours. He wore boot covers in our home as well without being asked to not track dirt in which was very much appreciated.

Ibrahim (hopefully I spelled that correctly) went well above and beyond for me. He even fixed my dishwasher drain which I didn't even know was an issue.

7/2026 update - I just had Paul and Hayleigh over to work on my tankless hot water heater and they were wonderful! They were polite, professional, friendly, did the required work to deal with my problem, and cleaned up nicely. I will not hesitate to use Prime Plumbing again!

Ernie was just here to do Backflow Testing. He was very professional and friendly. I've used Prime Plumbing a couple of times before and will continue to do so.

Needed to get an annual backflow system check, Ernie came out and showcased that it was failing totally, then he carefully explained that replacement was the best practice due to the manner it was failing. So he said he could get me done today went out, grabbed parts came back with Madison and the two of them completed it quickly and well. Very happy with the job.

Theres not much that needs to be said. They showed up right on time, did a beautiful job and cleaned up the yard when they got done. There was an issue with a damaged wire for my lamppost but after speaking with Tim, his team took care of things.

I needed to get a pipe to the septic tank snaked out and they did it right. Jason is professional and knowledgeable. They need help with the automated texts and to more specific with scheduling (they gave me a one day window of time) but the quality of work makes up for that.

My family & I needed a hot water heater installed & we found Prime Plumbing online. Kevin did our estimate, then Haley & Paul completed the install the same day I signed the contract. I experienced water leaking in the concrete slab of my home for the second time. The first occurrence, I called my regular plumber and he broke up my floor tile, broke up the concrete, repaired the leak. I had to pay extra to restore the vanity and tile.

This second leak was in a different area. I didn't want to go through breaking up my floors again. I looked on YouTube about repairing water pipes leaking. That's where I learned about repiping the whole house to prevent leaks.

I chose Prime Plumbing because of their Google ratings. I also chose Prime because they offered the Brita 3 Stage Whole House Water Filtration.

Their plumbers were polite, professional, and friendly. They completed my job in 3 days. I am very happy with the results. I would recommend this company to my clients, friends, and family.
