We were sorry to see David Morse leave today. Not only did he expertly diagnose and fix our plumbing emergency, he explained his repairs in detail. He is a fine representative of your company and an individual who exhibits honesty and integrity.

Franklin was great. I scheduled an appointment for a water heater flush, which hasn't been done for awhile. He noted the age and condition of the water heater and advised against getting the service, due to the potential for exposing a crack or leak. He took the time to create and present some estimates for replacement water heater options, but I never felt pressured into buying one of them. Overall, appreciative of the professionalism Franklin showed today.

Garrett and Eric at Prime Plumbing did a phenomenal job repairing our blown water main. The job was completed in an extremely clean, quick, and professional manner. I would absolutely recommend Garrett, Eric, and Prime Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumbing repair!

Jose at Prime Plumbing was great! He was courteous and knowledgeable. He also came out the same day on a Sunday and didn't charge an outrageous fee! I would definitely recommend them and use them for any future plumbing needs.
