I’m very happy with the service I received from Prime Plumbing. I got quotes from a few other companies, and they were all about $3,000 higher than Prime’s estimate. I even reached out to see if the others could match Prime’s price — and when they agreed, I knew Prime’s quote was fair and accurate. Tim was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also understood my financial situation, especially since I had already spent money repairing the inside pipe. We had a minor backup in our townhouse sewer line after living there for 30+ years. We used the Howard County Checkbook to identify some candidate plumbing companies and decided on Prime Plumbing. Called left message that evening, heard back early next morning, and arrived quickly. Jason the technician did a great job asked by questions, understanding the problem and getting to work fix the problem. Took about 2+ hours from start to finish: diagnosis, auger, test, and finally do a Fiber Optic inspection to verify everything was fine!
