Great work Prime Plumbing team! I used Google scheduler to schedule an appointment. Technicians Robert and Jason showed up on time, we’re very professional and very skilled. They installed a 75 gallon water heater and new sump pump in 3 hours. My experience with Prime Plumbing was outstanding thank you!!

Our well pump had been damaged during a tree removal project in our yard. We contacted Prime Plumbing to have them come give us an estimate and potentially fix our well. They went above and beyond what we expected. When they heard we had no running water, they spent the morning diagnosing and working through the repairs. They were extremely friendly, patient, and did an incredible job fixing our well issues. Would 100% use them again and recommend them to our friends!

Had a hot water heater start leaking that was under warranty by the manufacturer. Talked to 4 plumbers total, two had no idea how to handle this situation, one gave me a good quote, and prime matched that quote and I went with them because they clearly knew the process of how to get the new water heater from their supplier. They took care of it for me no hassle at all, and the installation looks great. Additionally, the plumbers were super professional and easy to work with, and the front office isn't pushy which is great, because I don't always have that experience. Lastly, they came out to give me an estimate without even bringing up a service charge. From what I can tell this is the exception to the rule, and is a breathe of fresh air.

I’ve used Prime Plumbing several times for properties that I am in. Every time they’ve had a high level of professionalism in our very thorough. They may not be the cheapest to offer services performed, but they do provide high-quality work, and will stand behind it. Would highly recommend !!!

I would absolutely recommend Prime Plumbing! From first contact to estimate to a job completed, our interaction lasted four total days, two of which were on a holiday weekend. That's how responsive they were and how quickly they were able to come out. Our technician was Aaron, who was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything went smoothly and our issue is fixed!
