Hayleigh did a wonderful job replacing the cartridges in my shower handles. She communicated clearly throughout the process, was very respectful, and completed the work in a timely manner.

We reached out, quite desperately, to Prime Plumbing after we lost confidence with another plumbing company we were working with. From our first contact with the person who answered the phone, we instantly felt reassured that Prime Plumbing could address the issue with our effluent pump. Corban arrived right when he said he would, and proved to be a knight in shining armor, taking in the entirety of our situation with a calm and professional demeanor and making a plan on how to best proceed. He reached out to Will, who also came to provide support and who proved a true expert and angel - his halo is pretty shiny. The two of them worked all day in a step-wise process to remedy the errors of the previous plumber and install two new pumps. Through the long hours, both were true professionals, always pleasant, patiently explaining things to us, being very respectful of our home, and getting the job done. Corban and Will rock! They came out and fixed another plumber's mishap. They're our new forever plumber. I would not hesitate to hire their company for any plumbing job. They even recommended Shipp electric to do one electrical portion and that was a great recommendation. I truly recommend them and they're really nice people too. The back office staff was also very helpful and on point. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. We discussed all the options beforehand and then we made a plan and then they executed it flawlessly.

A well deserved 5 stars! First I was impressed by the text message to inform me that my technician was on the way. It not only gave me his name and a photo, but also had a brief introduction and bio - nice touch! The technician arrived, explained the 5 point service evaluation he would provide. At first I was annoyed because I figured it was the typical upselling and I had specific issues (back-flow test and 2nd floor washing machine drain pan installed) I needed addressed immediately. However after the inspection I learned that my water heater pressure tanks had failed which could lead to a much larger issue. So in the end I was grateful for this service. All the work was performed efficiently with quality and care throughout. I couldn’t be happier! Paul is a true asset to your company. And I now have a trusted plumber I can count on.

Best plumbing service i have ever had. Last week I needed a repair prior to ceiling replacement. Kayleigh was the plumber. She arrived as sched6uled, diagnosed problem and price.
She knew it was critical to fix problem. f .She worked until the job was done. She also installed new kitchen faucet and made repair to my utility sink. Excellent work ethic. Great job. Prime plumbing is now my new plumber.

I have used Prime Plumbing three times and am very pleased with their service. They have cleaned an exterior sewer line, replaced an exterior line, and snaked 3 downspouts that drain into the sewer line. They ensure the job is done thoroughly and correctly. Jason snaked the downspouts and was professional and kind.

On Wednesday, September 9th, I had an appointment to have my hot water tank drained, cleaned, and refilled. Corban was the plumbing technician assigned to provide the service.

I was very pleased with the excellent service I received. Corban was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to clearly explain the process of draining and refilling the hot water tank and patiently answered all of my questions.

Prime Plumbing came to give me an estimate for a damaged HVAC drain line last minute. Tech Corban arrived on time and was very professional. The estimate didn’t take too long and was fair. I called a number of plumbers to try to diagnose and fix a plumbing issue on a house I recently bought. I decided to go with prime plumbing because they had superior communication and dispatched within a timely manner. The technician Nick Went above and beyond expectations he showed up on time with a problem-solving mentality and was able to ultimately fix a very difficult situation that a lot of plumbers I believe would’ve walked out on. I really appreciated that because the floor had just been mopped. Given that replacing the unit wasn’t cheap, because nothing is, the entire staff made it as comfortable as it could be.

Team Ron and Dom fixed our home's hose cutoff valves, outside spigot, toilet water shutoff and toilet, installed a new well water softening system, and fitration for the water coming into the house from the well. Additionally, Ron provided very clear explanations of the care, feeding, and operation of all things well water conditioning to us so we can keep things maintained. Our water is AWESOME now - it was very hard prior. Ron and Dom were very courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Prime plumbing has come out to my house for service several times and has always done the job perfectly and professionally. They installed all of the toilets in our house when we first moved in there, and we have never had an issue with them at all.
They also replaced some of the pipes in our basement not too long ago.

I can safely say that whenever I have an issue with my plumbing, prime plumbing is the first company that comes to my mind to call to fix the issue.

Extremely helpful and got the work done in a short time, considering how much needed to be done. We needed the underground pipe fixed before the water bill could get any higher, and Prime delivered. They cleaned up super nicely when they filled the hole back in as well 🙂 you can't even tell it was dug up.

I put in a request for service for multiple items on the weekend, they had someone to me by 9am Monday! I had multiple small replacements needed around the house, and a couple trickier requests. Rob from Prime Plumbing was great. He showed up during a heat wave and poor air quality day in Baltimore and had to work in our outdoor basement. He was kind and informative the entire way through. He fixed the leak in our shower quickly and had the water turned back on in a couple hours. He wore boot covers in our home as well without being asked to not track dirt in which was very much appreciated.

Ibrahim (hopefully I spelled that correctly) went well above and beyond for me. He even fixed my dishwasher drain which I didn't even know was an issue.

7/2026 update - I just had Paul and Hayleigh over to work on my tankless hot water heater and they were wonderful! They were polite, professional, friendly, did the required work to deal with my problem, and cleaned up nicely. I will not hesitate to use Prime Plumbing again!

Ernie was just here to do Backflow Testing. He was very professional and friendly. I've used Prime Plumbing a couple of times before and will continue to do so.

Needed to get an annual backflow system check, Ernie came out and showcased that it was failing totally, then he carefully explained that replacement was the best practice due to the manner it was failing. So he said he could get me done today went out, grabbed parts came back with Madison and the two of them completed it quickly and well. Very happy with the job.

Theres not much that needs to be said. They showed up right on time, did a beautiful job and cleaned up the yard when they got done. There was an issue with a damaged wire for my lamppost but after speaking with Tim, his team took care of things.

I needed to get a pipe to the septic tank snaked out and they did it right. Jason is professional and knowledgeable. They need help with the automated texts and to more specific with scheduling (they gave me a one day window of time) but the quality of work makes up for that.

My family & I needed a hot water heater installed & we found Prime Plumbing online. Kevin did our estimate, then Haley & Paul completed the install the same day I signed the contract. I experienced water leaking in the concrete slab of my home for the second time. The first occurrence, I called my regular plumber and he broke up my floor tile, broke up the concrete, repaired the leak. I had to pay extra to restore the vanity and tile.

This second leak was in a different area. I didn't want to go through breaking up my floors again. I looked on YouTube about repairing water pipes leaking. That's where I learned about repiping the whole house to prevent leaks.

I chose Prime Plumbing because of their Google ratings. I also chose Prime because they offered the Brita 3 Stage Whole House Water Filtration.

Their plumbers were polite, professional, and friendly. They completed my job in 3 days. I am very happy with the results. I would recommend this company to my clients, friends, and family.

I originally called Prime Plumbing because I was experiencing low water pressure at my home. They came out promptly, diagnosed the issue, and got everything working properly again. During the visit, they also took the time to evaluate my water treatment setup and provided several options and quotes for improvements without any pressure or sales tactics. After reviewing the options, I decided to move forward with a new water softener, salt tank, UV filtration system, and pressure switch installation. Ron and Hayleigh handled the entire project, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. The installation looks incredibly clean, organized, and professionally done. When making purchasing decisions I look for 3 primary things, QUALITY, SERVICE, and VALUE. Prime Plumbing recently performed emergency plumbing services at our home. I rarely if ever use valuable seconds to write a business review, but this company gets a 10 of 10 in all three categories! The technician was super courteous and professional. And his expertise was evident. Though we needed a lot of work, when all was said and done, I have to be reasonable and honestly say the price was fair market. Yes, I’d not only use them again, they would be my 1st call.

Exceptional service and integrity from Tim and the Prime Plumbing team I can’t say enough good things about Tim and Prime Plumbing. The day before our house went on the market — with three showings already booked — our landscapers accidentally lodged our septic cap deep in the piping. Prime Plumbing got out to us promptly, before the first viewing of the day. The initial assessment was that they’d need to dig up our yard 10 feet deep. But before going that route, they sent Tim out within two hours to take another look. He worked hard to retrieve the cap and was able to move it enough to get water flowing freely again, though the cap itself couldn’t be pulled out. Here’s where Tim’s integrity really stood out: instead of pushing us toward the costly dig, he recommended a different company that had a specialized tool for the job. When I called them, Tim stood there with me on speakerphone and explained the situation far more clearly than I could have. That other company came out first thing the next morning and retrieved the cap within minutes — saving us thousands of dollars and very likely saving our home sale from being delayed or derailed. Tim even gave me his direct contact info to make sure everything got taken care of. This is the kind of customer service and honesty that’s hard to find. Incredibly grateful to Tim and the entire Prime Plumbing team for going so far out of their way to help us. Highly recommend.

The previous plumbing company we used really put a hard sell on their maintenance package, so when we needed our water heater replaced, I decided to check out Prime Plumbing because I liked their billboard with the guy and his son on it. A tech came out to give us an estimate and I really appreciated his honesty and how he laid things out and went through the options with us, explaining how what they would install would be different than what we might get from other plumbers. The plumber who came out to install the heater, Bryan, was friendly and efficient and before we knew it, our leaking unit was replaced, all without being pressured into a subscription service. We'll definitely be calling on Prime again in the future! Update: we called Prime again to fix a sudden leak in our wall. Corban came out and did a fantastic job. He worked professionally and quickly and before I knew it, the job was done. And no one put the hard sell on us, which is always appreciated in stressful situations.
