Jason is both friendly and extraordinarily awesome at his job. He went above and beyond what I would consider good quality work. Bill did an absolute fantastic job in scoping out the water pipes, locating the path of the line. Another large national service gave us potentially expensive incorrect information that would have been an absolute disaster. Luckily for our family, Bills thoroughness and ability to patiently provide a step by step explanation what solutions could be implemented, has given us the confidence to become Prime Plumbing customers for life.

I am the tenant, so I had no input as to what company was chosen for this job. So I want to say thank you to my landlord for choosing Prime Plumbing. The technicians Garrett and Erik were amazing. They arrived on time and ready to get the job done. They were personable and professional in both there attitudes and work. I was surprised at how neat and tidy my house and lawn were at completion. Came out on a holiday to replace a water line. Worked super fast and clean. Got water back to house. They fixed an issue with the fence and made sure all concrete was the way it should be. Jordan and Jake were awesome and Tim helped coordinate everything amazingly. Would highly recommend. Price was competitive even with the smaller companies.

Ernie and Hillary were fantastic! Here all day fixing and repairing things. They were friendly, professional and great to work with. Would use Prime again in a nanosecond...but hopefully we won't have to for awhile.

Had an issue with sump pump constantly cycling. Older unit (15+ years) that needed replacement. Rob was on time, professional, able to diagnose and replace the sump pump all within a span of two hours. Unit immediately up and working, stress free. All in cost was around 1 k.

I contacted Prime to replace 2 house bibs, a shut off valve and replace some copper lines. Willie showed up at my house on time and even gave me a heads up he was on the way. He gave me a quote for the work and got right to it once I gave him the okay. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, he was polite, had a great attitude, and did GREAT work. The next time I need plumbing work done I will absolutely call Prime and ask for Willie!

I had an underground leak between my house and the street. Tim from Prime Plumbing did a great job assessing the problem and provided excellent communication throughout the process. Garrett and Eric on Tim's team did an expert job not only making all the repairs, which included digging up concrete and drilling holes into the foundation, but also made sure to leave the job area tidy and clean. They also finished the whole project in half the number of hours they had originally quoted. I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. They also worked to ensure my insurance would cover the repairs, which took a big effort from their back office.

May 2025 Another stellar plumbing experience with Prime Plumbing. Prime came the same day for a water line break when the insurance-recommended plumber’s appointment would have made us wait 6 days without water. Willie’s plumbing expertise was impressive. He quickly isolated the problem, identified potential serious issues with an adjacent water line, and gave us clearly explained and very reasonable options for the complex repair. Throughout the 2-day job, he kept us informed and left the work area as clean as if this was his own home. Willie and Prime Plumbing supervisors treated us as valuable customers, not as dollar signs. We cannot recommend Willie and Prime Plumbing highly enough. May 2024 Absolutely top notch service. Fixed the insurance-authorized problem. Additionally, identified an unrelated problem with a recently installed vanity plumbing not covered by insurance (installer’s work not up to code). Prime Plumbing approved estimate was very reasonable. Jordan professionally and quickly brought vanity plumbing up to code. Prime Plumbing is now our go-to plumbing firm. Mar 2024 Jordan inspected our guest room plumbing for potential leaks before rehab company repairs walls and tile. Jordan identified the tub & shower poorly installed by the builder. Although not leaking now, due to many water problems with this house, we had Jordan replace the pipes, and install upgraded tub & shower water control—very fair price. His estimate was spot on. From now on, we will use Jordan and Prime Plumbing for any plumbing issues! We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Ernie and Haileigh did an amazing job! Brand new water heater installed and got a new gas line installed all in a space the size of a broom closet!

Robert did a thorough job and fixed what we needed. He explained everything well and left no mess. The cost was a bit higher than expected but that is set by Prime.

We had a persistent ceiling leak that we just couldn’t identify. Franklin came out, quickly found the root of the issue, and fully replaced everything that was needed. He took his time, was extremely polite, and provided top-notch customer service. Very knowledgeable and even offered helpful recommendations for future maintenance. We’re extremely satisfied with the work and would absolutely use this plumbing company again—highly recommend!

I got a new water heater today and Wes and Dominique were fantastic. Wes is a wealth of information and such a friendly person. Installation was fast and simple and the area was neat and orderly when complete (which means a lot to me). He gave me a lesson on how to flush it every year. All this and a great price too. I highly recommend Prime Plumbing.

Prime Plumbing came to do a tank flush and found a slow pipe leak (with puddles) we were not aware of. Ouu hot water tank and pipes are in a crawl space that we don't go into often. Frankin, the PP plumber was able to fix the leak the same day (with a 1 year warranty) and threw in the flush for free. He also checked all the other pipes and our sump backup and gave me a summary of what to keep an eye on. All this while I was picking up my hubby from the hospital and our 6 month old puppy was running around. Franklin is AWESOME - very professional and answered all my quetions. i really have peace of mind when Prime Plumbing does the work, highly recommend them if you need plumbing work.

Excellent service! We experienced a plumbing emergency on a Saturday evening and Prime Plumbing had a crew out the next morning. Dave, our technician, almost single-handedly fixed every issue both in and outside the house. On top of that- he was knowledgeable, personable, and managed to turn a bad situation into a learning experience. My wife and I (plus Zelda) are incredibly grateful to Dave and the team. By far one of the best experiences I have had with a home services company. Ron, the plumber who installed my hot water heater, was great. Ron was professional, courteous, performed an excellent installation, and left the work area in my basement cleaner than when he arrived. My entire customer service experience with Prime Plumbing, beginning to end, far exceeded my expectations.

Prime Plumbing did great work and I would absolutely use them again. They were able to thoroughly sort out all the many strange plumbing decisions made over time on my 150yr old rowhouse, and their honesty and diligence saved me from spending thousands of dollars and taking on debt unnecessarily. They were very patient and easy to work with, really good communication.

I am very pleased with the results of the work done by Fred and Jake as well as the rest of the team (Dave and Tim). They were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer/explain any of my concerns.

The hot water heater, sump pump, utility tub, toilet, and especially the overflow valve in the main bathroom were all way over due for replacement. With a lot of very hard work and a lot of willl power Franklin and Dominique (hope it is spelled right) won over rust and nasty clogs. jake & garrett with prime plumbing are amazing! upon arrival to repair my sewer line, they gave me a thorough high level overview of their plan for service. they explained to me what to expect during their visit which was very helpful since i work remotely. and most importantly, although many plumbing issues are seemingly unavoidable, they provided tips & insight on how to attempt to mitigate future issues which is golden for me as a relatively new homeowner. the end result is so neat & polished despite it being a dirty job to tackle. thank you guys for being knowledgeable, efficient & down-to-earth!

Dave replaced the wax rings on all of our toilets. He was very polite and great with our dogs, which was nice because I did not have to crate them. He worked quickly and efficiently, and he wore shoe covers which is important to me because we try to keep our floors clean.

Bryan from Prime Plumbing came by today and replaced the sewage ejector pump in my basement. Prime plumbing installed it less than a year ago and pump stopped working for no reason. Bryan took his time and made sure everything worked properly before he left and told me the pump and labor were covered under my year warranty. I was very thankful for working hard on this issue and his honesty as I didn't get charged extra which other companies may have done. Thank you so much!

Franklin was great. I scheduled an appointment for a water heater flush, which hasn't been done for awhile. He noted the age and condition of the water heater and advised against getting the service, due to the potential for exposing a crack or leak. He took the time to create and present some estimates for replacement water heater options, but I never felt pressured into buying one of them. Overall, appreciative of the professionalism Franklin showed today.

Franklin was exceptionally good about explaining as he fixed our outdoor hose bib and ghost flushes. We are very happy about the service.

Prime Plumbing installed a new garbage disposal in January 2024 for us when our old one started leaking. Over a year later, it jammed and wouldn’t turn on. Willy was able to diagnose the issue right away and remove a small piece of metal that I couldn’t see. He did the work quickly and at no charge. Great service!

We needed a new line for our grill outside. Wes was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

My daughter needed a new water main and water heater. We had three other estimates (her house is elevated on a hill ~12-14' above the road) the other companies explained how complicated it would be, Prime explained how easy it would be and the estimate was almost $3000 less than the others. Then they delivered, cleaned up and did a great job!

David is one of the best technicians that we have worked with. He was courteous, patient, and listened to us. He found the root of the problem and explained the plumbing issues. He stayed, finished the job and kept the area he worked in clean while he worked and also cleaned up after himself. Definitely request David for your plumbing needs. I will definitely want to work with him again if we have any plumbing issues.

David was thorough and was kind enough to show me how to drain my tank. He also pointed out a potential problem that will develop in the future with my hot water heater and emailed me the cost to repair the pipe.

Highly Recommend Prime Plumbing. This is my second time using Prime. Kraig was very professional and provided a clear cut scope of work which was executed flawlessly.

We had work done by Prime a few months ago but I wanted to write a review because I was very satisfied with the work. They came at a days notice; on time and professional. We had a very bad clogged kitchen sink and had did our own thing for awhile but we clearly needed the professionals. Prime did amazing work on the clog which was full of grease and whatever else. We bought the home about 2.5 years ago and the kitchen sink drain was always sluggish; so it was most likely a build up. I would recommend Prime to anyone who needs work; as I have already recommended to my mom. Great job 👍🏽 and thank you. The drain is still working beautifully since. ******Update 6/29/2024 Called Prime plumbing again. Had loud humming and vibration sound coming from the pipes due to water pressure also known as water hammer issue. Technician Ron came to my house very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job in a short amount of time; placing pipes. No more noise. Thank you Prime and Ron ☺️ ******Update 3/27/2025 Brian completed the 1st and today; 2nd part to replacing our whole kitchen plumbing; all plumbing/ pipes replaced; kitchen sink was beyond clogged; snaking did not remedy the situation; so this was the final solution. Brian is an excellent worker; very professional; and on time. Even though this was a hefty price tag; it will be a long lasting investment as a homeowner. Thank you once again; Prime Plumbing.

Excellent family owned business that our commercial and residential entities have had the privilege to work with now for over ten years. The team that does the work is professional and competent. The difference in good contractors and really good contractors is generally defined by how they handle the unusual or out of ordinary situation or problem. Prime has a way of always handling any out of the norm situation quickly and professionally. We have had several instances where the job turned out to be more than any of us expected. Without missing a beat the Prime team reacted and addressed the totally out of the ordinary situation. When the repair or installation is totally ordinary there are never surprises. When we use them for a repair to a main line 10 feet deep that is 50 years old you really never know what you will run into. The difference with these guys is they have the people to do the ordinary and a lot of experience that helps them when they run into the not so ordinary situation. We use them because they always come thru in a timely fashion. Good people generally lead to good results

Nate was an absolute professional! He came over with limited notice on Friday, and came back on Sunday to finish the job. He even was able to take a look at a new issue that came up Friday night completely unrelated and fixed it in less than an hour. A long day for him I'm sure, but his dedication to seeing the work across the finish line is much appreciated. Assuming we have more work to be done (which is almost a guarantee), would love to have him back!

Our screen conveniently had a hole that allowed the hose to fit when draining the water heater, but instead of just leaving it as it was, David took it upon himself to replace the damaged screen—completely unprompted! This was literally the 4th Plumber and the 3rd company that accurately assessed the source of the leak and identified where the other plumber missed the obvious signs (rusting screws on the flange) bottom line Ron truly gave us a great service in the replacement and repair of our toilet/installation . I needed a pressure-reducing valve and new ball valves installed. Prime Plumbing sent Grace; she was very professional. She explained everything she was going to do and what she did after she finished the work! She was very patient, answering all my questions about the Maryland code, which she is very knowledgeable about. 10/10. I would recommend and have work done by her again.

Our sewer line was backed up and our previous plumber didn’t follow through with an estimate. I called Prime Plumbing and Tim F., responded right away. He arrived on time and was so thorough and explained everything that was needed. He was able to get our work scheduled for two days later as well as, check our lines and alíviate our minds that we could use our bathrooms until then. Tim also came on Friday, and fixed an issue with our toilet that he found. Tim was wonderful throughout this experience. The company showed up early on Friday, and the team, Garrett, Jake, and Eric were professional and when the job was completed, they showed us everything that was done and answered any questions that we had. We are so grateful for Prime Plumbing.

Go for it ! Being a young homeowner I can say they made this process a bit less stressful. I’m running into a lot of first times & this is one of many I’ll experience. From finding them on Angi’s list to Tim providing me with a quote & making it all happen within a matter of days. Jordan & his crew were great! They worked efficiently & respected my space. Any questions I had were answered & I was able to learn something new about my plumbing system. Tim came out initially to help me with a sewer main blockage during a particularly challenging time in my own personal life. Their team helped me create a custom plan. Tim and his team were super patient and talked me through a ton of options and sent his amazing team Eric and Garrett to do a very careful and conscientious excavation of our property. My neighbor was shocked at how clean they were given the job and they gave me updates all the way. A ton of care on a hard job for me and my family during a difficult time, and in the middle of winter. Thanks team!

Had a sewer back up in my basement had prime come out to do a second opinion better job in the prior plumber. But I still need a new mainline. Tim was very helpful. We were able to set a date and then three days of the inspection and they put it in in about four hours. They van lay down and grass seed to try and help start the restoration of my lawn.
