I had a great experience with Prime, Ernie came out originally and figured out what needed to be done. We agreed to the work and scheduling was a breeze. On install day Ernie and Casie Jones showed up were very polite, knowledgeable, quick and most importantly very nice to my old dog. Our technician Dave was excellent beginning to end . He clearly explained our different options for our repair . He and his apprentice were back the next day and the work was completed in a timely and efficient manner . They were very clean as well . I would definitely recommend and we will be using Prime again soon to complete some other plumbing work ( we live in a 100 year old house so it’s always something! 😂)

Dave came out to our house a few weeks ago to help us install a new bathroom faucet and repair the spigot on the front of our house. He was kind, knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use Prime Plumbing in the future!

Prime Plumbing did an excellent job meeting our Plumbing needs. They replaced the hot water heater, and lots of old iron pipes that were ready to go. The employees were professional and courteous and made sure we were happy with the final results. They absolutely deserve five stars.

Dealing with a sewage line replacement in our main home was incredibly stressful, but the team made the entire process manageable and seamless. From the initial call, their response time was prompt. Dave was exactly the kind of person we were seeking. We had minor problems with two toilets. Dave analyzed the situation, identified the problem and told us what the problem was, how to fix it and what it would cost. The cost was fair and appreciated.

We discovered we had a water leak while reflooring our home. We could not find the source of the leak. Dave came out and discovered the leak coming from bad tile grout in the shower. Educated me on leaks and fixed two faucets while he was here! 5 star service for sure.

It would have been completed sooner if the first technician came on time & prepared with the cartridge. I had to wait until the next morning for the second technicians Ernie &Hailey, who came prepared to complete the job,checked to make sure hot water came out,etc. all done within 35-45 min. The 5 stars go to them for expedient and complete service.

This is my 2nd experience with Prime Plumbing. The receptionist that took my call was pleasant. The plumbers that were dispatched were respectful of my home and were able to resolve all my issues, including one that I forget to mention when I called. They stayed pleasant and professional throughout. I highly recommend using this business.

We recently moved to an older home and needed to modernize our shut off valves for the main line into the home and for a hose bib. Also, added a pressure-reducing valve. Our plumbers, Ernie & Hailey were patient, thorough and efficient with the difficulties and quirks of an older home. They took their time to do the work correctly & to test everything afterwards. We are very grateful for their excellent work. Future water problems have been avoided in these areas. Highly recommend.

To have a new fridge installed I had to have the original valve and line replaced with a quarter turn valve. Paul from Prime Plumbing came and gave me an estimate on what the service would cost and about how long it would take to exchange and replace the existing fixture we had from the original builders. Paul was quick and efficient and we were able to hook up to our fridge with no issues or leaks. The price was also reasonable. We will definitely do business with Prime again in the future!

Sam came to my house to install a new water heater. I needed a new one for some time , I was informed by Sam during an install of a new refrigerator/freezer. Sam gave me insight on what I would need during the install of the water heater at that time . I Couldn’t wait until I got on his schedule . Which was a treat He came in fully prepared and he started to dismantle and remove the older water heater , he started with the install on the brand new water heater he checked all of his work , everything looked fantastic, and worked perfectly He cleaned up everything very well. He gave me some insight on the Moen smart mater monitor , so I had him to install that too. That is a a great investment. Service was 5 Star. Everything went well.

I’m very happy with the service I received from Prime Plumbing. I got quotes from a few other companies, and they were all about $3,000 higher than Prime’s estimate. I even reached out to see if the others could match Prime’s price — and when they agreed, I knew Prime’s quote was fair and accurate. Tim was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also understood my financial situation, especially since I had already spent money repairing the inside pipe. He knew fixing the outside section was not optional and made the process stress-free. If you ever have any plumbing issues, I highly recommend giving them a call. We had a minor backup in our townhouse sewer line after living there for 30+ years. We used the Howard County Checkbook to identify some candidate plumbing companies and decided on Prime Plumbing. Called left message that evening, heard back early next morning, and arrived quickly. Jason the technician did a great job asked by questions, understanding the problem and getting to work fix the problem. Took about 2+ hours from start to finish: diagnosis, auger, test, and finally do a Fiber Optic inspection to verify everything was fine! Jason did a great job at clearing my backed-up drain and it didn’t take him long to do it. Now it’s draining good as new! He was very courteous, respectful and nice. Prime Plumbing has people with such wonderful attitudes!

Robert Richter and Anthony Grantland deserve a raise for dealing with our HOA. They were able to calmly and quickly work with them to get the external water shutoff so that they could replace the main water valve and PRC in a swift manner. Without them, I would have lost my mind dealing with the HOA with getting this work done. 5 stars out 5 will hire Prime again!

Came to fix leaking toilet from the tank. Long story short, to expensive to repair. Will buy new toilet from HD and have installed. Was charged $200, for call out service. Was misunderstood of cost. Was quoted $89 for call out diagnosis. Call out waived if work is done. No work done but charged $200.

I give 5 stars for service, professionalism, and patience while doing the job. Ernie and his training / daughter work very well together and communicated clearly what was needed as well as what they were offering has a replacement for the garbage disposal. They were a very good team and represented the company well. There was no pressure or aggressiveness concerning the job.The only reason I gave four stars was because it was a little more than what I expected to pay but I didn't even try to get any other quotes from anyone else. I was able to get $25 coupon that is offered online for garbage disposals when I called in have to accepting the job. They made sure there was no leaks at the initially seeing a little took time to make sure that it was no water and that everything was sealed properly.Ernie offered their maintenance program which I signed up for and it gave me a 10% off discount would save me $77. they gave me a walk through inspection with suggested work in the future. I would recommend them at least come out and give you an estimate.

Also got a much needed whole house water filtration system for sediment because WSSC water is filthy. But you don’t know how filthy your water is until you get a sediment filtration system on your house🤔 He also has earned high approval ratings from “The Cats” And has been deemed to be worthy of the title Sir Willie.😻

Review for Prime Plumbing After dealing with three plumbers in two days who all insisted I had a septic issue, I was beyond frustrated. The septic company assured me there was nothing wrong on their end and even told me, half-jokingly, to find a plumber who actually knew what they were doing. Prime Plumbing stood out from the beginning. Unlike the others, they actually answered the phone when I called. I set a same-day appointment, and although I was disappointed when the office called back to reschedule for the following day, I appreciated their professionalism. They kept me updated with status calls every couple of hours until the technician arrived at my door. That kind of communication is rare. When Ibrahim arrived, he made an excellent first impression with a firm handshake and by immediately putting on protective booties without being asked. He quickly identified multiple issues contributing to my problem and presented me with a clear solution and written price within minutes. His confidence, thoroughness, and clear explanations (both before and after the work was done) gave me real peace of mind. Called on Friday, got an appointment for Monday. The guy came out to give me a quote and ended up doing the work the same day. He was super helpful and straightforward and quoted me $500 less than the other company I talked to that rhymes with Sven the Plumber and the quality of the work is awesome. Just updating. Had two clogged sinks and two bidet attachments needing installation. Called on Wednesday and got an appointment for the next day. Jordan was prompt, personable, upfront, knowledgeable and, as per usual, quoted me a very reasonable price. Really have yet to have anything but a stellar experience with these folks.

I had the pleasure of having Jason Slade from Prime Plumbimg fix my clogged kitchen sink. He was professional, polite and skilled. My sink was fixed and left in a clean presentable condition. The water heater stopped working a week after moving into my new house and a Google search led me to Prime Plumbing. I am so glad I found them. The technician, Dave, clearly and pleasantly explained to us what went wrong and what needed to be done. He returned with Dom the next day and they quickly replaced it. Prime Plumbing was great to work with in remedying a persistent sewage backup problem. After identifying the exact spot, they submitted the lowest bid to remedy it. They had to replace a pipe under a concrete entrance. They did this within two business days of my accepting their bid, finished in under 2 1/2 hours, and replaced the plantings they had to remove.

Jason was great and took care of our issues quickly. The cost was higher than I anticipated but I had to be on work calls while he was in my home and he definitely made me feel at ease. Issue has been resolved. I would highly recommend Prime and especially Jason.

Wes and Wallaze were two of the greatest guys you could have sent out to replace my bathroom toilet, and not to forget Kevin who assessed the problem. They were orderly and professional did a great job at a fair price! Even the receptionists were friendly!

Prime gave me several quotes for my issue with my water heater, were very respectful and did not talk down to me at all. I got some education on my system and best ways to maintain my system on my own. A new water heater was installed within the day for an acceptable price.

Franklin was very professional and arrived right at the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem immediately and did not have to cut into the wall in any other place than the affected area searching for the leak. Highly recommend. It was also a Saturday and I had tried seven other plumbers and could not get anybody else to come out

Worked with Garrett and Jake at Prime Plumbing for a main water line leak. I was so impressed with how kind, knowledgeable, concerned and friendly they both were. Garrett handled everything inside. Was patient with his work. Took great care in cleaning up after himself and explaining everything he did. Even adjusting my water pressure and making future recommendations on items to address and look out for in the future. Jake handled the outside. I was most nervous about my front yard needing to be trenched (I have a beautiful Japanese Maple and rock garden right in the path) and Jake was able to manipulate perfectly between the two minimizing any unnecessary damage. And once the water main was replaced he filled the dirt back in and stamped it down, laid grass seed and hay down. Jake took the time and attention for my front yard to minimize any future work I would need to do. I was genuinely impressed with my entire experience with this team. And they were able to complete the work in the same day (without rushing). They are just that good at their jobs. I recommend Prime Plumbing for any underground plumbing needs! Great team! I called Prime based on prior reviews, and for a failed water heater that was actively leaking significant amounts of water. They dispatched a technician (Bryan) the same day to triage the problem. Bryan explained the problem and solution in clear terms and set up an appointment for the following day. He showed up on time and started the installation (up to current code as well) of the new water heater. Everything went well, looks great and was a good price.

Ron did a good job of explaining what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He was professional as well as personable. I appreciated that once our new water heater was installed he walked me through the steps of yearly maintenance so I could keep it up myself.

Sam was awesome! Not many plumbers fully understand how baseboard heating works but he is the expert! Sam is friendly, takes time to explain and answered all our questions and does excellent work. Fantastic job and we highly recommend Prime Plumbing!

Frank was polite, efficient, and fully competent. He clearly communicated what needed done, how long it would take, cost, everything. Then he did exactly what he said he would do. Nothing more or less. We felt completely comfortable having him in our home. Don't ever let him leave. He is a keeper!

Robert did a thorough job and fixed what we needed. He explained everything well and left no mess. The cost was a bit higher than expected but that is set by Prime.

Jeremy replaced the gas shut-off valve and reinstalled the gas line to my dryer. He is very knowledgeable and was professional, thorough, and patient answering many of my questions. I have used Prime Plumbing on many projects and have been very happy with them.

Called Prime Plumbing first thing in the morning because our AC condensation pipe was clogged. They sent Jason out within an hour. He was prompt, professional, explained the diagnosis and pricing before beginning. He was very thorough in snaking our pipe, took pictures, and did test runs with water to ensure the clog was fixed.
