• Priority Service: We have a dedicated phone line and email for priority services. You will also have access to our first call appointments from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. each morning*.
• Transferrable Extended Warranties: Our partner plan warranties* are available on labor and materials, including drain cleaning! Warranty length depends on the service provided.
• Annual Plumbing Maintenance: During your yearly checkup*, we’ll visually inspect all of your house’s plumbing. The checkup includes fixtures, piping, and valves. The other benefits included with annual maintenance are:
  • Tagging all accessible valves for identification and future use
  • Dye testing all toilets for leaks
  • Cleaning and testing sump pump
  • Replacing batteries for most water alarms (not including backup sump)
  • Flushing water heaters
  • Replacing washing machine hoses
  • Performing camera inspection of main sewer lines upon request (only through an accessible cleanout)
