Jason arrived at my door within about an hour, quickly diagnosed the clogged toilet, and clearly explained what needed to be done along with the pricing before starting any work. The pricing was very reasonable, and the problem was completely resolved. Fast, professional, transparent service. I would definitely use them again!

I had a kitchen sink line blockage so I reached out to Prime today. They sent Jason. What a talented and knowledgeable plumber. He was able to inspect and address it same day. After skillfully dealing with that issue he also took the time to answer questions while inspecting other areas that included: sump pump, water heater pressure, washer water lines, and main water line shut off. Hats off to Prime for hiring Jason! So rare these days to get not just good service, but excellent and quality service, but today my family and I appreciate what we received from this personable plumber. Thank you Jason!
