Team Ron and Dom fixed our home's hose cutoff valves, outside spigot, toilet water shutoff and toilet, installed a new well water softening system, and fitration for the water coming into the house from the well. Additionally, Ron provided very clear explanations of the care, feeding, and operation of all things well water conditioning to us so we can keep things maintained. Our water is AWESOME now - it was very hard prior. Ron and Dom were very courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Last, each time we spoke with the staff from Prime Plumbing, they were very courteous and very helpful. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!

Big shout out to Ibrahim at Prime who replaced my hot water heater. It was a difficult job with not much room to work but he got it done all alone and was very professional. Very satisfied with his work from start to finish
