Corban was great and very accommodating. After my hot water tank blew, he helped me figure out my warranty when it was deemed I needed a replacement. He dealt with returning the unit for exchange after having to come back a second say, installed the unit, and updated the plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process much more bearable.

Rob was very professional and came with shoe covers to protect the flooring. He explained and answered everything in detail and made sure I understood the process. He installed the water heater so quickly, easily and cleanly. The new thermal expansion tank was also mounted securely to the ceiling since he pointed out that the way the old one was hanging could be dangerous. He’s good.
