Called to schedule a next day appointment for a leak. Wes was tasked and came to the rescue. He was friendly, respectful and professional. With all the tools ready, he diagnosed the problem. He gave my husband and I explanations of the few options to fix the leak. The overall total was a fair price. We highly recommend Wes and Prime Plumbing. I had the pleasure of having Jason Slade from Prime Plumbimg fix my clogged kitchen sink. He was professional, polite and skilled. My sink was fixed and left in a clean presentable condition. The water heater stopped working a week after moving into my new house and a Google search led me to Prime Plumbing. I am so glad I found them. The technician, Dave, clearly and pleasantly explained to us what went wrong and what needed to be done. He returned with Dom the next day and they quickly replaced it.
