Boiler Repair

Ernie came by this morning and was super nice and knowledgeable. He completed the repair quickly and answered some simple questions I had. Will absolutely call prime for Ernie again!

From contact to completion of the service Prime validated that#1rating with at least five stars, and five exclamation marks. The young service representative, Jason, was Outstanding as well, and knowledgeable and courteous. I’m definitely calling Prime for future service.

I had 3 other companies out to my home who told me that my garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Jason was able to show me what the problem was and how he fixed it. He fixed it, no problem. Plus, he was very pleasant. The company even offered a free inspection of some of my other appliances. Very honest company. I will never use any other company for my plumbing needs.
