Prime Plumbing replaced our water main and did a fantastic job. The entire process was very easy. When they came out for the initial appointment they provided a quote and even offered convenient payment options. Once the contract was signed they scheduled the appointment. They did call the morning of the appointment to let us know they would need to reschedule for the following day, which was not an issue at all. When they arrive they explained what they would be doing, how they would do it, and provided updates along the way. The job was complete in a few hours. I was impressed with Rob’s work. He needed to tighten our kitchen’s faucet and in the process pointed out issues with shutoff valves for which I gave him the go ahead to replace those as well those in the bathroom which had broke off years ago and needed to be replaced. He was competent, courteous and professional.
