I found the company through Google reviews, and they responded right away and handled my request professionally. It was our first time doing a septic pumping, so everything was new to us. The septic system maintenance technician had left instructions, and when Garrett from Prime Plumbing came to pump the system, they coordinated over the phone. Garrett knew exactly what to do and made sure I understood how to turn the unit on using the quick disconnect box. I would definitely recommend both the company and Garrett.

Corban was very nice and took care to ensure cleanliness and that everything was returned as it was when he arrived. The service was great and very thorough. Addressed several issues while onsite as part of the checkup so no need for a separate service call!
