Contacted Prime Plumbing for a water heater issue and got an appointment that met my schedule. They reminded me of the schedule and kept me informed of when to expect the technician. The tech was courteous and friendly. Answered all my questions. He found the issue quickly and did the repair. Prime Plumbing is now in my list of contacts, should I ever need a plumber again.

Someone recommended Prime Plumbing so I googled them and filled out the information box to schedule an estimate. I did this after hours. Early morning the next day, I received a text asking for more info and then they had someone come to me that day. He listened to me and looked around. Found the problem and gave me different solutions. He explained to me what each option entailed and the pricing. He also suggested I become a member, which helped me save some money on the bill. There were a few things to be done and I decided to do a couple now and then the rest after I pay off at least some of this bill. I am happy with the work done today and I will have him do the rest of the work in a month.
