Positions
Master Plumber
Service Plumbers are responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution, waste water disposal, and gas distribution; services provided range from faucet repairs to water heater installations as well as piping replacements for commercial and residential customers.
Benefits Include:
- $5,000.00 Sign on bonus for licensed plumbers
- Take-home truck with company gas card and EZ pass
- Set working hours and schedule. No rotating weekend shifts
- Competitive wages paid weekly
- Annual bonuses available in excess of $10,000 available to top technicians

Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
