Eric is an outstanding representative of your company! I give him a 10 star! He worked so clean - no mess as he worked, thoroughly cleaned up the work areas after he replaced the drain pipe/trap of my pedestal sink and the new toilet installation job. Another example of his attention to detail - the new caulking at the top, bottom of the pedestal and the bowl attachment to the wainscoting - immaculate, smooth, crisp! He stayed courteous even when he had to make two extra trips out to get right fitting parts. I appreciate that he was also showed respect by calling me to let me know he had returned and was on the porch. To me, he really represents Prime's brand. He's a keeper. And I welcome him back for any future work.

Called for service for leaking shut off valve. Response same day which was great considering a big company. Came out and fixed valve within 20mins and was back in business. Had a quick response from Ryan who was a very nice representative to the company. What makes a company great is people, people, people! Great job and great response! Highly recommend!!
