PVC Perfection: 5 Creative ‘Plumber Approved’ DIY Holiday Decorations

We had a bit of an emergency and the folks at Prime Plumbing were extremely accommodating and responsive. Jason came out and did a wonderful job to help us fix a sewage backup issue in our basement. We couldn't have been happier with the work he did!

Changing my original review only because of the technician, Ibrahim. Not a fan of the company for many reasons, but the experience with him was top notch. He is a hard working and a kind individual that any company would be lucky to have.

Please make sure to do research on pricing the company provides before agreeing to anything.

We recently experienced an issue with our water heater. We called Prime Plumbing to service the issue. Ibrahim turned an inconvenient and stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience through his exceptional service.

Throughout the process, Ibrahim demonstrated outstanding professionalism, personable communication, and expertise.
He went above and beyond by explaining each step, educating us on the issues at hand, and advocating for us when he identified the necessary solutions. His transparency and commitment ensured we understood what was happening and felt supported every step of the way.

I recognize that technical issues are not always within a technician’s control, but how they navigate those challenges makes all the difference. Ibrahim’s knowledge, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile transformed an otherwise frustrating experience into one that left us feeling confident and well cared for.

Exceptional service is most evident when things don’t go as planned, and he exemplified exactly what that should look like, and how a commitment to delivering exceptional services turns an inconvenience into a great experience.

Ibrahim’s commitment to his customers deserves recognition and is a reflection of Prime’s commitment to delivering results. We are appreciative of his efforts and would recommend Prime services based on our experience with Ibrahim.

Prime Plumbing evaluated an issue with our septic system the same day that I called and had a crew out the following day to take care of the problem. They explained what they found and what needed to be done clearly to me and handled the job in a professional manner. They provided an estimate of the cost in advance and completed the job within that estimate.

I am very pleased with the professionalism displayed by staff of Prime. As a new home owner, we were faced with a lot of unexpected challenges which required Prime expertise. They always responded proving AAA service. Highly recommended.
