Oh my goodness, Andy was amazing! He came out, replaced the valves in the kitchen, cleared out the lines to restore hot water pressure, and even helped the city water with getting the main valve and meter put in! I highly recommend their services!

The technicians came for what we thought was a simple drain snake in the kitchen that turned from a 1 hour into a ~3 hour project.

After looking around online, the estimate reasonable, as in the past I have had the same issue, and my drain line is 60-90 feet requiring several sections of the professional snake tool. I tried fixing this myself in the past, but a standard hand-snake wouldn't reach whatever the issue was.

I have also used Prime in the past when my main water line broke underground, which turned into a $4000+ project requiring digging 5-6 feet into the ground and replacing the whole thing, plus ripping up some concrete in my slab. Overall, satisfied with their work, no issues.
