I originally called Prime Plumbing because I was experiencing low water pressure at my home. They came out promptly, diagnosed the issue, and got everything working properly again. During the visit, they also took the time to evaluate my water treatment setup and provided several options and quotes for improvements without any pressure or sales tactics. After reviewing the options, I decided to move forward with a new water softener, salt tank, UV filtration system, and pressure switch installation. Ron and Hayleigh handled the entire project, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. The installation looks incredibly clean, organized, and professionally done. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless when they were finished.
