Rob from Prime Plumbing was great. He showed up during a heat wave and poor air quality day in Baltimore and had to work in our outdoor basement. He was kind and informative the entire way through. He fixed the leak in our shower quickly and had the water turned back on in a couple hours. He wore boot covers in our home as well without being asked to not track dirt in which was very much appreciated.
