I was blessed to have Paul, from Kingston, Jamaica to tackle the tasks I needed corrected. He started out by ensuring he and i agreed to the tasks to be performed. He then told showed me several ways each task could be completed. He didn't shy away from the least expensive one. Nor did he insist that I chose the most expensive one. Once i decided on which one I wanted, he told me step by step what he was going to do. Not only did he tell me, he showed why it needed to be done and talked to me allowing me to see him doing what he was doing. There were several tasks to perform and he conducted his business on all the tasks just as he did the first one. He thoroughly cleaned up any debris from his work and some leftover from the initial installation.
If even 1/3 of the people in your organization had the ability, attitude, and the decorum as Paul, everyone would be calling on your services for their needs. He treated me and my home with respect. I hope he will be available the next time I am in need of a plumber.

I had a mysterious plumbing catastrophe and had to have Prime Plumbing come back 3 times to locate and solve the problem. Ron was my technician for 2 of those days and ultimately solved the problem. He was very efficient, showed me what was happening every step of the way, and was kind and courteous throughout. They didn’t charge me for the crazy amount of time they had to hang out with me, instead only charging me for the actual work they did, which was more than fair. I will definitely use this company again for my next mystery catastrophe.
